Sondra Karwel in 2005 was accused of beating-up David Barnard with a 5x5 fence post, hitting him 5 time squarely in the back. And by Barnard's own testimony (see the official court transcripts below) he didn't seek any medical treatment and admitted to jumping-in to Sondra's fence property (uninvited and entering into her property) and jumping-out of her fence pasture when he knew the cops were coming).
Judge Judith Atkins by her actions has encouraged domestic violence against woman, she has encouraged battery and assault against woman. This is a pictue of David Barnard.

A lie, remember a lie is a false statement deliberately presented as a truth; a falsehood, this is what David Barnard is famous for; he brutalizes women and then makes-up outrageous claims that the woman beat-him-up. So lets see how many woman have been beaten-up this 200 lb. David Bradford Barnard. And how recently, Judge Judy Atkin help him commit more violent crimes against women by awarding him money. Furthermore, lets look at how the State of Florida (the Brevard State Attoney's Office) is using people like Barnard to get back at, and stike revenge on innocent people, like my sister and I.
Remember that David Barnard has been involved with violence all his entire adult life, so we should give a lot of "Thanks" to Judge Judy Atkin for being so supportive of David Barnard. Clearly, Judge Judy Atkins must really have a great deal of RESPECT for DAVID BARNARD. AND SUPPORT THE AMOUNT OF REPEAT CASES FILED AGAINST BARNARD ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
In 2005, Sondra Karwel was found guilt of hitting David Barnard 4 - 5 times, with a 4x4, 5 foot fence post, striking him squarely in the back. Oh my God, everybody freak-out! But, can this really be true?
Remember, Sondra was inside "her" fenced pasture land, she placed the 911 call to the Sheriff's Office to help her.
In Barnard's own court testimony he says he did not engage in any way towards Sondra, in fact he says he was very nice to Sondra. Barnard writes on the police report that after he was hit by the 4x4 fence post, 4 - 5 times, he (HIMSELF) jumped a four (4') foot fence. WHAT A FEAT FOR AN OLD MAN?
